friendly staff clean room abundant breakfast tram noise limited room service kettle absence

the staff was very friendly (they even helped me with directions!). my room was very clean. the breakfast was abundant with a lot of choices.

i noticed some noise from the trams outside. the windows could use better soundproofing. room service was not available all day. there was no kettle in the room.

the location was pretty great, just a short walk to the duomo which was lovely. the room, a standard double room, was very clean and neat. the staff were nice and helpful, i appreciated that.

the trams outside started early and where a little loud.

friendly staff varied selection comfortable room

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the service was good and my room was comfortable. everything worked as expected, which i appreciated (this is always a relief). breakfast had a varied selection of items to choose from.

the tram stops outside create some noise. trams run from early morning until late at night. the hotel might consider better windows to reduce this noise.

the hotel felt very new and clean. my room had a stylish design. the hotel location let me see a local part of the city.

the street noise was constant in my room. transport runs at all hours. i think the hotel needs better windows to block sound.

The air conditioning was modern and effective for the summer heat. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The location allows for a quick walk to the Duomo (about 10-15 minutes).

The tram running nearby can be a little noisy in the morning.
